Ensure members receive highest quality service and facilities. Achieve financial targets across multiple club locations in your market.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple ONYX locations in your region.

Achieve membership sales, retention, and revenue targets.

Recruit, train, and develop club-level management teams.

Monitor and maintain facility standards, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep.

Report directly to executive leadership on club performance metrics.

3+ years of multi-unit fitness or retail management experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred

Proven multi-unit management experience

Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills
