Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of a single ONYX club location.

Lead front desk, personal training, and maintenance staff.

Drive membership sales and ensure member satisfaction and retention.

Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and brand standards.

Handle member relations and resolve escalated concerns professionally.

Achieve monthly club revenue and membership growth targets.

Qualifications

2+ years fitness or hospitality management experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Customer-first mentality and team-building experience
